Passion

Well, you're sort of a doctor, but this is hard to say. Well, Bingo wouldn't sleep with me very much, if you know what I mean and if you'll pardon the expression things was pretty much going to hell. So one night I just up and told her why I got married and what she got married for and from then on things was different I can tell you and we got to love one another all over again and it was like a different world and we used to laugh at her old women.

Survivor

According to Fertility Hollis, there is no chaos.

There are only patterns, patterns on top of patterns, patterns that affect other patterns. Patterns hidden by patterns. Patterns within patterns.

If you watch close, history does nothing but repeat itself.

What we call chaos is just patterns we haven't recognized. What we call random is just patterns we can't decipher. What we can't understand we call nonsense. What we can't read we call gibberish.

There is no free will.

There are no variables.

"There is only the inevitable," Fertility says. "There's only one future. You don't have a choice."

The bad news is we don't have any control.

The good news is you can't make any mistakes.

You can always come back

"I know you are going to leave. One day you'll figure it out and leave." Suzanne's mother says.

"Yes, I know, Mum," Suzanne answers.

"Well, what have I taught you? What did I fill you up with? You know, Suzy, there's a big, bad wolf out there just waiting to eat you up. You can leave but you can always come back. You can live here again. Life can be a circle, not just a line. And don't chew gum ever, Suzy. No lady ever chews gum."

Jennifer Clement. Widow Basquiat, 2000.

Portnoy's complaint

"...and began to lecture me on my shortcomings as she had observed them all that day.
'The way you disapprove of your life! Why do you do that? It is of no value for a man to disapprove of his life the way you do. You seem to take some special pleasure, some pride, in making yourself the butt of your own peculiar sense of humor. I don't believe you actually want to improve your life. Everything you say is somehow always twisted, some way or another, to come out 'funny'. All day long the same thing. In some little way or other, everything is ironical, or self-deprecating. And you are a highly intelligent man. That is what makes it even more disagreeable. The contribution you could make! Such stupid self-deprecation! How disagreeable!' "

Canciones: Conclusión (falta editar)

Llego a la conclusión
de que preferís perder la vida.
Me decís siempre me arrepentí

irrevocablemente,
pero me resisto, me debato, reniego.
Estoy diciéndote algo.

No fue lindo un día vibrar?

Pero inventemos otra canción.
Esta puede llamarse ufa,
o conclusión.
